Intensity and Power

Intensity and Power is what this week has all been about. I am looking forward to tomorrow's long slow ride and long slow run (separated by a nap probably). After having run two interval workouts (mile repeats and 400s) along with a tempo 5K and then two intense power workouts on the bike my legs are just a bit jello as evidenced by my wimpy time trial today (13.6K avg 235 watts and 143HR) and finally two hard swim interval workouts.

I think this week could fall under overtraining for speed so will rebalance for next week.
